Aspen Industries Inc. provides a 12-month warranty for fire pit safety screens and fire grates to the original owner, covering breakage not caused by mishandling or abuse. Shipping costs are not included, and paint is not covered—fading or discoloration may occur depending on materials burned. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective items. Normal wear, scratches, or exposed metal that lead to rust or color changes are not covered. If your product arrives damaged or appears defective, contact us with photos of the damage and packaging. If approved, we will either send a replacement or issue a store credit refund.
If your order is delivered by FedEx or UPS Ground and arrives damaged, email us right away—we’ll send a replacement and handle the claim. For larger items shipped on a pallet via a freight company, please inspect the package before signing anything. If you notice any damage, do not sign—refuse the delivery and call us immediately. All packages are marked with stickers to remind you. Once you sign, you’re confirming the item arrived in good condition.
NOTE: By signing the delivery paperwork, you confirm the product was received in good condition. If you later discover damage after signing, you (the customer) will need to file a damage claim directly with the freight company. If you have any questions, please call us before placing your order. Additionally, if you or your freight company arranges pickup from our warehouse, we are not responsible for any damage after the product leaves—any issues must be resolved between you and the freight carrier.
